It was a great milestone to have the full AHADI (Applied Health Analytics for Delivery & Innovation) team come together in the beautiful city of Nakuru, Kenya, for a few days of reflection, alignment, and collaboration.

Beyond strategy discussions, technical sessions, HR processes, and work plan development, what stood out most was the value of cross-team learning and the opportunity to connect across offices and career stages.

This was the first time the entire AHADI team gathered in one place, and it was inspiring to see how quickly the team has grown. We are truly fortunate to have such a dedicated and talented group of people working at AHADI.

We look forward to building on the momentum from this retreat and seeing how it shapes the year ahead.
